Refund Policy

Love and learning are priceless, but we understand that circumstances and plans change!

We aim to be as fair as possible with our refund and cancellation policy while ensuring the smooth and stress-free running of our seminars.

Audience

Online Seminars

If a delegate cancels an online seminar before accessing the course materials, a full refund will be provided.

Once the course has been accessed, the full course fee is non-refundable. If a full refund is approved, the amount will be processed via BACS to the original bank details provided. In the rare event that we need to cancel a course, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer either a free transfer to another session or a full refund. Any credit issued for online courses will be valid for 12 months from the date of the service agreement.

In-Person Seminars & Events

If a delegate cancels their attendance, a refund will be provided based on the following terms:​

28 days or less before the seminar: 100% of the fee is non-refundable.

28 – 56 days before the seminar: 50% of the fee will be refunded.

If a delegate does not attend without prior notice, the full seminar fee remains non-refundable.

Should we need to cancel an event, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer a free transfer to another date or a full refund of fees paid.

General Cancellation Terms

Cancellation notice periods and applicable charges:

More than 28 days before the seminar: No charge.

14 – 28 days before the seminar: 25% of the fee is non-refundable.

7 – 13 days before the seminar: 50% of the fee is non-refundable.

7 days or less before the seminar: 100% of the fee is non-refundable.

Where applicable, a discretionary administration fee may be charged for all cancellations, regardless of the notice period.
